Terms and Conditions for KnowledgeWalks

 

These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of tickets for guided walks offered by KnowledgeWalks in accordance with Danish law.

 

1. Ticket Purchase

   1.1 Tickets for guided walks offered by KnowledgeWalks can be purchased online through our booking platform.

   1.2 Payment for tickets must be made in full at the time of booking.

   1.3 All prices displayed on our booking platform include VAT and all other applicable taxes.

 

2. Cancellation and Refunds

   2.1 If a guided walk is cancelled by KnowledgeWalks, customers will receive a full refund of the ticket price.

   2.2 In the event of a cancellation by the customer, KnowledgeWalks is not obligated to provide a refund under Danish consumer law, even if the causes are beyond the customer’s control.

   2.3 Refunds will not be issued for cancellations by customers for reasons not stated in clause 2.2.

 

3. Booking Software Rules and Restrictions

   3.1 Ticket bookings are made through third-party booking software. Customers are subject to the terms and conditions of the booking software provider in addition to these terms and conditions. KnowledgeWalks uses the German company Regiondo as booking provider.

 

4. Liability

   4.1 KnowledgeWalks is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during guided walks, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

5. Governing Law

   5.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law.

 

6. Amendments

   6.1 KnowledgeWalks reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
